Our mission is to provide premium software that continues to meet the changing needs of the industries it serves and to ensure that each software package sold is installed and set up properly so that each Universal user is a satisfied client.

We mean business. Unlike many companies, we do not feel that our job is over once you've purchased your software. Rather, your installation is considered successful when we know that you are up and running, making the most of your software investment by fully utilizing the modules you've purchased.

To that end, we offer various training options. Choose the option that's right for your business environment.

 

Telephone Training
Via scheduled training session appointments, you can receive personalized training for an individual or a group. Training sessions can be broken down and staggered by department.

Here's how it works:
We schedule your training session appointment at least a day in advance and you will be given the telephone number & direct extension of the person who will conduct your training. You will see on the Training Outline sheet that we have noted an estimated time period for each session based on the module you will be trained on. (And, yes… your training outline can be customized for your particular situation. For example, you may schedule your first session to assist you with system setup and control switches so that you can learn how to set your system up to best suit your business. In another session, we can review Inventory Control so that you have a better understanding to prepare you when entering your rental and sale inventory items.) On the day of your appointment prior to the training session, the minimum amount of time noted for that module will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard at a rate of $75.00* per hour. You call your trainer at the scheduled time (Note: We block out time so that our trainers are not interrupted with other calls-the time is devoted to your training). Upon completion of the training session, any additional time spent over the minimum will be charged to your card in quarter hour increments. Telephone training is a tried and true method that UAS has employed with hundreds of clients. It is inexpensive and offers flexibility and convenience.

Live Via Web Training
Online web training can be fully delivered over the internet on any computer platform. Our trainers can be your "third hand", managing the entire training project or augmenting your training efforts. Let our years of successful implementations aid you in developing an effective training plan. We'll help you design a curriculum that specifically addresses your business environment.

Training Classes
UAS conducts scheduled training classes at our facility in Edgewater, New Jersey. Located on the banks of the Hudson River, we're conveniently located right across from Manhattan. Training with a view! Training classes range from 1 - 3 days in length and offer a learning environment free of interruption for our clients. By allowing our clients to have a primary focus on learning, this is a most effective method of training.

For those clients that prefer training closer to home, UAS offers client-site training.
