Univeral clients also have access to our online Support center, where they can submit a ticket online in order to initiate a call back from a tech.
We also provide our clients with free ongoing training through our Tech Talk Tuesday sessions held twice per month. (Except for July and August… everyone needs a break from school, right?). Each class covers a specific topic and helps our clients to become more proficient with their software. It’s great for new employees as well.
