CONTROL DAY to DAY PROCESSING COURSE
This class covers the entire rental
operations process from starting the day,
performing daily transactions, day-end processing,
and month-end functions. Course material includes
information on how transactions from other UAS
modules integrate with the RC module. Most
importantly, learn how to avoid transaction and
processing errors and optimize your productivity
with this module. There will be a 10-mnute
break halfway through the session.
This class will teach you:
- How to create rental contracts
- When you can – and cannot – modify contracts
- How to create quotes and convert them to contracts
- How to create reservations and convert them to contracts
- Periodic billing – best practices for cycle billing
- Day-End Processing
- Common mistakes in processing rentals and how to avoid them
- Functions at month-end
