Largest Distributor Of Bohemian Glass Converts To Universal Accounting Software Windows Version

Edgewater, NJ, January 26, 2003 - Accounting software has been termed (affectionately by some, sarcastically by others) as software for "bean-counters". You know...those accounting-types worried about all that dry statistical data. One accounting software is counting more than beans. It's counting beads - millions of them.

Universal Accounting Software, Inc. has just converted A to Z Bohemian Glass, Inc. from Universal's DOS software to their new 32-bit Windows application. Based in New York City, A to Z is the nation's largest importer and wholesale distributor of Bohemian glass beads and stones. This new Windows platform will enable A to Z to provide even better customer service with instant drill-down inquiries for quick information access. Improved inventory features will allow A to Z to precisely track and control their extensive bead collection and more effectively adapt to ever-changing trends in this fashion-oriented industry.

Universal Accounting Software introduced its Windows application in 2002 with a suite of integrated modules for wholesale distribution, retail and equipment rental businesses. “A to Z Bohemian Glass's main concern was that there would be no business interruption with this switch to the Windows software. We did their conversion after-hours and made sure that they were up and running, processing orders and invoices, the very next day.” said Arleen Coletti, Vice President of Sales for Universal. A to Z Bohemian Glass has been using Universal’s software since 1998.

Universal Accounting Software offers enterprise management solutions and services that give thousands of users in North America the tools they need to maximize success. For further information, please call 1-800-536-1633 or visit www.u-a-s.com.
